Sherman Oaks Remodel – Hardwood Flooring and Bathroom Renovations
Sharing with you guys a home we completed utilizing all of our Tools and Experience from Glamour Flooring. This is a property in Sherman Oaks three thousand square foot home a 9600 / SQFT lot.
About our Remodel
This project definitely tested all of our abilities we will give you a break down on what was done on this project.
Hardwood Flooring : We have so many wood floors to select from and knew we needed something very modern and appealing for the masses to assure a quick sale of this project. We went ahead and used Oasis Carmel Collection color Vista pricing at $4.99 SF this was a modern and neutral color. This floor has a wire brushing that makes it easy to live with and giving more of a scratch resistance finish. What I liked about this floors was the fact that it is 7.5″ Wide and goes up to 6′ Length’s. This color floor will allow you to dress up the house without having to worry about color clashing.
Kitchen Quartz Counters :
Two Quartz Colors where used in Kitchen : Marquina Black $1500 Each Slab and Super white on the kitchen counters is $1250.00. Call us in to ask for availability. the kitchen was hit with all kinds of details from the Hood wrapped in Quartz, to the shelves by the kitchen sink window that where wrapped in Quartz. The kitchen Sink was also custom made from the same exact quartz counter as well.
Master Bath Remodel :
Tile was sourced from Emser Tile we used a Porcelain Rectangular tile then we layed it in a herringbone pattern. We matched the MDF Ceilings to mimic also the same size and shape of the porcelain tile. The Porcelain wall tile was a carrara white porcelain tile with a 3d finish on it $5.99/ SQ.FT
Floating Vanity Countertops with infinity Vanity sinks to match. Slab on sink is called White Belluci $1500.00 Each Slab.
